A multi-disciplinary artist, Jerami Goodwin moved to New York City in 2008 to pursue a career in the arts. Also know as “STAINO”, his graffiti moniker, Jerami attained global notoriety for his graffiti in a short period of time. He has recently painted murals in New York City, Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Peekskill. In 2011, Jerami began diversifying his artistic practices by teaching himself how to tattoo, developing a celebrity clientele such as Lindsay Lohan, ASAP Ferg, Luka Sabbat and more. During the same period, Jerami developed an interest in fine art and began painting, eventually displaying and selling his artwork in dozens of shows around the country. He has since built a worldwide following and collector base. In 2016, Jerami opened an art gallery,99 Bowery, where he showcased many great NYC artists, including RAE BK, Ricky Powell, and DJ Kool Herc. While running and operating a gallery, making art, and tattooing, Jerami began a clothing brand called Soho Ski Club, an elevated streetwear brand.
The space allows the integration of Jerami’s different artistic elements to serve as a means to reflect on the freedom of creation in any form.
