Sales Associate Key Holder

Description:

The Sales Associates main objective is to provide an outstanding customer experience, meeting/exceeding sales targets and ensuring that the floor is well maintained and stocked at all times. Focusing on all details with a firm, clear and highly professional approach.

Key responsibilities:

Customer Service and Sales:

  • Ensuring the very best levels of customer service at all times
  • Strong understanding of product knowledge
  • Offering a personalized shopping and styling experience to our clients; able to navigate all spaces in the building
  • Delivering personal monthly and seasonal sales targets, always communicating and working closely with the team to do so
  • Keeping up to date with all current fashion trends and advising customers accordingly on stock availability at LAAMS
  • Maintaining open communication to ensure consistency in service and strategy as we build success in the LAAMS as a whole

Stock and Brand Management:

  • Brand Ambassador, taking ownership of areas of responsibility
  • Keeping areas of responsibility replenished
  • Regular stock checks
  • Proactive in creating new systems of inventory management in order to reduce shrink, and increase sales
  • Clear understanding and maintenance of visual merchandising standards, as well as overall VM standards in the store and on the floor
  • Strong communications skills; able to express needs to management, and work well in a team to ensure clear understanding of expectations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Attitude:

  • A highly motivated and competent individual able to converse at all levels both internally and externally with staff and clientele.
  • A total self-starter able to set the standard by their own professionalism and attitude.
  • Holding and showing the capacity to shadow more junior members of staff when it comes to sales conversion. Having the ability to be an encouraging and professional mentor.
  • Must be energetic, self-motivated and self-organized. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done.
  • Structured and organized, but nonetheless be approachable and have a flexible outlook.
  • Willingness to work hard and always have the intention to drive the business forward.
  • Being able to work on several tasks at a time.
  • Being capable to work to deadlines / ability to prioritize / optimal time management.

Skills:

  • Retail sales and expertise within a luxury business for at least 1-3 Years
  • Specific understanding of LAAMS, aesthetic, consumer and related brands.
  • Specific understanding of all collections and stock availability at LAAMS
  • Knowledge of Retail Pro beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Retail Sales: 3 years (Required)
  • Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)

 


Production Manager

 

 

Description:

The Sales Associates main objective is to provide an outstanding customer experience, meeting/exceeding sales targets and ensuring that the floor is well maintained and stocked at all times. Focusing on all details with a firm, clear and highly professional approach.

  • Key responsibilities:

The Role:

The Production Manager will be responsible for and oversee the production process in all aspects complementary to the design and creative processes. They will define, maintain, streamline, and evolve production processes and workflows to best accommodate and maximize the store’s success and creative output. They will ensure all briefs are sufficient and projects are handled, ensuring all work is delivered promptly.

They will be responsible for efficiently managing projects from inception through completion. They will be the conduit for our designers, assisting the transition from concept to final product. The Production Manager will maintain expert project management, organization, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. They will maintain a proactive understanding of the industry, best practices, methods, and techniques focused on aiding, informing, and inspiring the team. General Responsibilities:

Schedule / Calendar

➔ Manage both seasonal and special projects calendar

➔ Update calendars and schedules on a weekly basis to best reflect all project states and updates

➔ Ensure design and production are on schedule and accountable for deadlines

➔ Create and implement firm deadlines to meet delivery windows

➔ Keep the company up to date with release schedules, changes to releases, outlines, etc.

➔ Schedule weekly meetings and ensure the team is briefed on current projects and any needs are addressed Production Logistics
➔ Create and submit purchase orders to all vendors

➔ Negotiate pricing and maintain production budget

➔ Research, build, manage, and maintain relationships with vendors

➔ Hold vendors accountable for quality and timeliness

◆ Review incoming samples and production to make sure everything is on spec and accurate

➔ Develop and maintain project documentation

➔ Budget management and tracking

➔ Review all invoices to make sure all pricing is correct.

➔ Manage all trims

◆ Make sure we are fully stocked on all labels, hang-tags, fabrics, polybags, etc. prior to production

◆ Maintain inventory on trims and replenish when necessary

◆ Communicate with all vendors regarding trim stock and needs Production Logistics

➔ Manage shipping and logistics to and from all vendors

➔ Set up pick ups with messengers / delivery services, notify warehouse of expected delivery dates

➔ Work with warehouse to review all packing lists to make sure all inventory is correct and accounted for

➔ Research shipment quotes for best prices

➔ Manage all shipping and customs invoices
